1. Free Consultation
We meet at your home to talk through your goals, scope and budget.
2. Design & Proposal
We design the project, select materials with you, and give you a clear written proposal with milestone payments.
3. Permits & Build
We pull permits and schedule every trade. Tony is on site daily to keep the work on track.
4. Final Walkthrough
We pass final inspection, walk the project with you, and make sure every detail is right.

What do you do?
Masone Construction is a design and remodeling company that combines design and construction under one team, managing the project from start to finish so you get coordinated planning, permitting, scheduling, and remodeling. We specialize in kitchen, bathroom, and full home remodels.
Who will I actually be working with?
We’re on site daily to manage your project, serving as superintendent, project manager, and designer while providing direct, consistent communication from kickoff to completion.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes, we personally pull the permits and walk every inspection ourselves.
How do we get started?
Begin by scheduling a complimentary consultation. We’ll discuss your vision, outline preliminary scope and budget, and explain our collaborative workflow.
Can you work with my designer or architect?
Absolutely. We work alongside outside designers and architects and can join at any stage, making sure the plans are buildable, on budget, and permit-ready.
How do payments work?
Projects are invoiced at clearly defined milestones. Deposits follow California law, never more than $1,000 or 10% of the contract, whichever is less. Payments can be made by ACH transfer or check.
